In this relaxed, interactive 90-minute workshop, you’ll explore the history and cultural stories behind spices, discover new flavours through tasting and sensory activities, and pick up practical ideas for using them in your everyday cooking. 

Sanjay founded Spice Kitchen with his mum, Shashi, around their kitchen table in 2012. Drawing on their family’s love of food and the knowledge shared across generations, he’ll bring the stories behind the spices to life, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way.
